THE NATIONAL LIBRARY SERVICE FOR THE BLIND AND PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED
A word here about non-commercial audio. The National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS) records many, many books in unabridged form. Special tapes that must be played on special tape players are used, with the players supplied free to those who are blind and vision impaired. This is done through local library networks. Though only my most recent books are available on audio commercially, a number of my earlier titles have been recorded by the NLS. There are many other romances available, as well as lots and lots of other books of all kinds.
This is a terrific service. If you or someone you know is vision impaired and would be interested in finding out more about NLS, including how to find the local library that would serve the qualified person, you can find out more at http://www.loc.gov/nls/.
